Two Cavite Queens Crowned at Miss Universe Philippines — Cum Laude Beauty and RadTech Student Shine
Cavite is sending two stunning representatives to the Miss Universe Philippines stage! Feliza Fran Aldanz was crowned Miss Universe Philippines Bacoor while Tyra Jane Godino took the Miss Universe Philippines Dasmariñas title at a glamorous event held at Fernwood Gardens in Tagaytay.
Feliza, a cum laude graduate from the University of Santo Tomas Batch 2024 with a BA in Communication, represented Bacoor with both poise and intellect. She embodies the 'beauty with purpose' ideal, balancing academic excellence with pageant grace in a way that impressed judges and audiences alike.
Meanwhile, Tyra is still hitting the books — she's a third-year BS Radiologic Technology student at the De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute. Her win marks a milestone as she continues to juggle her studies with a growing presence on the pageant circuit.
The event was organized under Cavite and Muntinlupa franchise owner Lynn Bautista, whose advocacy for empowering young women was front and center throughout the evening. The official press presentation was held at City of Dreams Manila, drawing media, sponsors, and pageant enthusiasts.
With strong community backing and the support of the Miss Universe Philippines Organization, both Cavite beauties are now gearing up for the national competition. The pageant featured appearances from notable figures including former beauty queens Shamcey Supsup-Lee, Ariella Arida, and Ahtisa Manalo.
