Tuesday Vargas pushed back at critics after getting mocked online for hosting a bingo event at a hotel. The actress-host said she was hurt that instead of being happy for her, some people laughed at her post and treated the gig like something shameful.

She said guests at the event, many of them mothers, personally thanked her and told her she made them happy. For Tuesday, that mattered more than the noise online, and she made it clear she sees dignity in honest work kahit ano pa ang format ng event.

In her reply, she said being shy or worrying about other people’s judgment does not put food on the table. She stressed that she is good at her job, loves what she does, and will not let anyone make her feel embarrassed about hustling for her family.

Tuesday also revealed in the comments that she earned P100,000 from the hosting stint. She followed that up with another message saying there is no such thing as “host na lang ng bingo” when the work is decent, clean, and done with dignity. She even told critics to redirect their anger toward bigger public issues instead of attacking someone simply trying to earn.

The reaction comes a month after she openly said she needed more projects and work opportunities. Since then, she has taken on hosting jobs, including children’s parties, and her latest post turned into a sharp reminder that in showbiz and in real life, diskarte with dignity is still something to respect.
