Second Alarm in Pasay Puts F.B. Harrison Area on Alert

A fire broke out Wednesday afternoon along David Street in Village 23, F.B. Harrison, Pasay City, and quickly reached second alarm, according to The Manila Times. The Bureau of Fire Protection in the National Capital Region said the blaze had escalated by 4:23 p.m. while firefighters were still working to contain it.

Authorities had not yet identified the cause of the fire at the time of the report, and there was still no official word on the full extent of the damage.
