Rhian Ramos Finally Speaks Up: Confirms Breakup With Sam Verzosa, Shuts Down Wil Dasovich Rumors

Rhian Ramos has finally broken her silence on her split with Sam Verzosa. In her guesting on "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda" this Friday, the Kapuso actress confirmed that the couple had already broken up, saying she felt comfortable speaking about it now that Sam had already confirmed it in a separate interview.

According to Rhian, the breakup happened back in October 2025. "We broke up in October of last year. Of course, it's a relationship between two people, so it is quite private, but I just want everyone to know that we're in a peaceful place now," she said. She added that both of them are focusing on themselves for the time being.

When asked if they still communicate, Rhian explained that having a "no contact" period after a breakup is normal and healthy. "You need that so that you're not confused and you have time to heal and move on. But we are able to talk to each other, or text each other if there's something that we need to talk about," she shared.

Boy Abunda also asked about Wil Dasovich, whose name had been dragged into the breakup rumors online. Rhian was visibly frustrated. "This is one of the most crazy and embarrassing parts of everything that I've been reading about myself lately because it's so unconnected," she said firmly. "Wil is my friend. He's one of my guy friends, and he has been for a long time. He has nothing to do with our separation."

Rhian and Sam confirmed their relationship at the GMA Gala 2022 and even celebrated their fourth anniversary in August 2025. By December, eagle-eyed netizens noticed they had unfollowed each other on Instagram — sparking the speculation that has now been put to rest. "Sorry to Wil and his family that someone brought you into this," Rhian added.
