The showbiz world is buzzing after marriage banns for actress Bea Alonzo and Puregold scion Vincent Co were publicly announced during a livestreamed Mass at St. Peter the Apostle Parish in Paco, Manila last Sunday, March 8. Wedding bells are definitely ringing, besh!

During the ceremony officiated by Rev. Fr. Jomar Burgos, the priest read out the first banns listing "Ferdinand Vincent Pe Co, 44 years old" as the groom and "Phylbert Angelli Escalante Ranollo, 38 years old" as the bride — that's Bea's real name, in case you didn't know. The announcement confirmed what fans have been speculating for months.

For those unfamiliar, marriage banns are the Catholic Church's official announcement of an upcoming wedding, giving the community a chance to raise any objections before the ceremony proceeds. The banns were read at the couple's home parish in Paco, Manila, where both Bea and Vincent reside.

Engagement rumors have been swirling since September 2025, when Bea coyly told 24 Oras: "Nauunahan pa ng lahat ng mga tao yung mga pangyayari sa buhay ko. I have nothing to clarify... I'm very happy." Reports now suggest the couple may tie the knot at a vineyard owned by the Co family in Spain as early as next month.

Neither Bea nor Vincent has issued an official statement yet, but the church banns speak for themselves. Congratulations to the soon-to-be Mr. and Mrs. Co! Kilig ang buong bansa!
