A civilian helicopter crashed in Barangay Quisao, Pililla, Rizal early Tuesday morning, killing two passengers and injuring three others, according to the Rizal Provincial Police Office.

The crash occurred at around 7:27 a.m. on March 3 in the Upper Barak area. All five passengers aboard the helicopter were immediately rushed to Rizal Provincial Hospital in Morong for emergency treatment.

Pililla Mayor John Masinsin confirmed the grim details — one passenger was declared dead right at the crash site, while another was declared dead on arrival at the hospital. One of the fatalities was identified as a foreign national, though authorities have not yet released the full identities of those involved.
