Joaquin finished as a 3rd Big Placer alongside Ashley Sarmiento in Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0, taking home ₱300,000.

In a tweet that melted hearts, Angel described the family huddling together on the living room floor on Joaquin's first night home. 'It felt like he didn't want the night to end — all of us huddled on the living room floor, eating whatever late-night food he'd been craving for months,' she wrote. The family stayed up until the early hours making up for lost time.

Joaquin was eager to share his experiences from inside the house, while the family helped him catch up on four months of world events he'd missed during isolation. Angel noticed a small but revealing habit — a sign of how the PBB experience had shaped the young man.
