The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reported that the Northeast Monsoon continues to affect Luzon, bringing cool to cold temperatures across the region.

Residents in Metro Manila, Benguet, and other northern provinces are advised to dress warmly, especially during early mornings and evenings when temperatures are at their lowest.
