Ipinag-utos ng Office of the Ombudsman na sibakin na sa kanilang trabaho si suspended Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) general manager Cesar Chiong at si assistant general manager Irene Montalbo dahil sa grave misconduct, abuse of authority and misconduct at conduct prejudicial to the best interest of the service.
