MANILA, Philippines — Parts of the Philippines in the south will have rainy weather, the state weather bureau said.
In its weather report on Tuesday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said that the southwest monsoon or habagat will bring cloudy up to rainy skies in southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
“Patuloy pa ring umiiral ang southwest monsoon o habagat dito sa bahagi ng southern Luzon, Visayas, at Mindanao, kung saan ngayong araw, makakaranas pa rin ng maulap na kalangitan at mga kalat-kalat na pag-ulan ang kanlurang bahagi ng southern Luzon, Visayas at Mindanao,” said Pagasa weat…
