Overcast skies and rains expected in Palawan, parts of Mindanao due to habagat — Pagasa

 

MANILA, Philippines — Palawan and many parts of Mindanao are expected to have overcast skies with rains due to southwest monsoon or habagat on Monday, said Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).

In its latest advisory, Pagasa said that aside from Palawan, regions in Mindanao, including Zamboanga Peninsula, Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, Soccsksargen(South Cotabato, Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat, Sarangani, and General Santos City), and Davao del Sur are set to have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.
