MANILA, Philippines — Criminal complaints were filed against a police officer in Rodriguez, Rizal, and a civilian for the death of a teenager during a pursuit operation under “Oplan Sita” on August 20.
Rodriguez Chief of Police Lieutenant Colonel Ruben Piquero said suspects Police Corporal Arnulfo Sabillo, 37, and civilian Jeffrey Baguio, 27, are facing attempted homicide and homicide cases before the prosecutors’ office.
