MANILA, Philippines — Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO)general manager Royina Garma, a former Cebu City police chief, turnedover a man to law enforcers for allegedly bribing her to approve a certain request, theNational Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) said Thursday.

NCRPO chief Major Gen. Debold Sinas said suspect Ryan PatrickNepomuceno, 44, entered the PCSO office in Mandaluyong City for asupposed appointment with Garmaon Tuesday morning. Employees at thebuilding allowed Nepomuceno to meet Garma after the suspect informed them about the appointment.
