Pangasinan gov’t vows quality service despite battle vs COVID-19

LINGAYEN, Pangasinan – Not even the raging coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) crisis could deter the provincial government of Pangasinan from rendering quality service to its constituents.


This was maintained by Provincial Chief Administrative Officer Irmina Francisco, who said that Governor Amado I. Espino was keen on providing quality service to all Pangasinenses as the province transitions to the so-called “new normal”.

Espino has implemented a six-day work week since May 18 under the general community quarantine (GCQ) to accommodate all clients from the six congressional districts at the province, while observing physical distancing. Districts 1, 2, and 3 are scheduled every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday while Districts 4, 5, and 6
