QC: 10 new COVID-19 cases, total now 97; 14 deaths, 9 recoveries

The Quezon City Health Department (QCHD) reported a surge in the number of COVID-19 cases in the city, with an additional10 new cases bringing the number to 97 as of 7 p.m. of Thursday (March 26) from the previous day’s record of 87.

In the same report, the QCHD noted one additional death, raising the total number of deaths due to COVID-19 to 14.

On a positive note, two new patients have recovered, upping the total number of recoveries in the city to nine.

The report also indicated that the additional 10 cases are from the following barangays:

District 1: Bahay Toro – 1, Mariblo – 1, San Isidro Labrador – 2, San Jose – 1, West Triangle
