Tropical Storm Ramon to bring rains over Cagayan, parts of Luzon

MANILA, Philippines — Residents of Cagayan and other provinces in Luzon should brace for rains brought about by Tropical Storm Ramon, the state weather bureau said Saturday.

 

In a thunderstorm advisory, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said that light to moderate rains are expected over Cagayan (Allacapan, Enrile, Lasam, Piat, Rizal, SantoNio, Solana and Tuao) and Isabela (Divilacan and Santo Tomas), which may persist for 30 minutes to an hour.
